Hep Five

Welcome to HEP, a commercial and amusement complex crowned with a huge red Ferris wheel, erected as a new landmark for Osaka. The Ferris wheel will lift you 106 meters above the ground.

This is quite an unusual and exciting shopping mall. Besides having around 150 stores and restaurants, there is also a giant Ferris wheel that rises far above the city and dips into the upper floors of the mall. Hep Five features a wide variety of shops, 153 in all, including GAP, Snoopy Town shop, and Disney Store.

Hep Five consists of 130 fashionable boutiques and other shops, such as Polo Ralph Lauren, Muji, and Sanrio.

The many stores include a number of Western brand- name outlets that you may have trouble finding elsewhere, as well as other unique stores. Even if you are not shopping, this is an interesting place to visit.

From an air conditioned gondola at the top of the wheel 106 meters above the ground, you can get a splendid view of downtown, of Osaka harbor, and all the way out to Mount Ikoma.
