Condoleezza Rice Arrives In Japan For G8 Talks

Osaka, US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice arrived on Thursday in Japan for a meeting of the Group of Eight foreign ministers expected to focus on North Korea’s nuclear programme. Rice landed in the western city of Osaka and headed to the nearby city of Kyoto for the two-day talks.
