Straight from the Hollywood movies, Universal Studios is the world's greatest movie theme park. Universal Studios Japan is the third movie based theme park in the Universal Studios family. Visitors can experience live- action shows and amusement park rides inspired by some of the more popular Universal Studios' films, including Jaws, Back to the Future and Terminator.

The park also features a number of American- style restaurants centered on movie themes. It promises a great time for adults, but small children may be overwhelmed by the attractions.
It is based on the unified theme park concept but also represents a concentration of leading- technology attractions and rides seen nowhere else on earth. It was named the "Best Theme Park in the World" by the travel magazine Fodor's because of its high- quality entertainment and services.

The park features Sesame Street 4- D movie magic where you can Join Elmo, Cookie Monster, Big Bird, Bert and Ernie as they dive into the sea and soar up to the sky. With state- of- the- art 3- D plus a new dimension of surprises you'll not only see and hear the experience, but you'll actually feel the movie right from your own seat.
